To provide a forum for sharing information and experiences on best practices and effective use of Oracle Applications suited for the E&C industry; to provide feedback from the user community to Oracle Corporation; to be a liaison for recommended enhancements and influence the future development direction of Oracle Applications specific to the E&C industry; and to promote the optimal implementation and configuration of Oracle Applications for the E&C industry through conferences, publications and electronic meeting places dedicated to the Oracle user community.
